BIOGRAPHY
Today, a renowned pianist, Natacha Kudritskaya has had a special connection with France since childhood, where some of her adoptive families reside, encountered during her stays in Burgundy, and later during her studies at the conservatory in Paris.
She settles in Marseille, starts a family, practices her art here and elsewhere while maintaining a heartfelt connection with Ukraine.
Four names mark Natacha Kudritskaya's piano apprenticeship. First, Alain Planès, "my first
teacher, the epitome of elegance and absolute refinement of style." Then Jacques Rouvier,"deeply committed to respecting the text, meticulous and demanding." A little later, the encounter with Ferenc Rados in Budapest would be crucial: "He taught me to read between the notes." Finally, there's Henri Barda "who sweeps through the work I've done to let the music reign."
The work of Rameau will mark a crucial turning point in her piano approach, and she will dedicate two CDs to the composer: the first in 2009, associated with Luciano Berio, and the second in 2012, released by 1001 Notes.
2009 will be the year of competitions, followed by a period of refinement, the first recitals, and an opening to chamber music, which she embraces with genuine dedication. She has made several recordings with her faithful partner Daniel Rowland under the labels Chandos, Champs Hill Records, and Gutman Records.
In 2015, Natacha Kudritskaya signed with Universal Music. Her album, "Nocturnes," was released by Deutsche Grammophon.
Natacha Kudritskaya is then invited to perform at the major festivals and concert halls in France and Europe. Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, Natacha has initiated the Music Chain For Ukraine movement, for which she carries the vision, development, and artistic direction.
