Association and supporting membership

Tampere Chamber Music ry. Association was founded on 4th January 2018. 

The purpose of the Association is to organize and advance chamber music activities. The Association collaborates annually with Tampere Hall (Tampere-talo) to put on the Tampere Chamber Music -festival, which combines music and wellbeing, and art and science. The festival is normally held in January as a winter festival. The Association also aims to organize smaller chamber music events year round to raise the impact of chamber music. The artists and performers represent the highest level of international talent. The Association also wants to globally and virtually broaden its activities. The goal is to awaken interest in international students, as well as for students to participate in the event’s master classes.
