Katri Saarikivi is a Finnish brain researcher and popularizer of science. Saarikivi studies the mechanisms of learning, empathy and high-quality interaction at the Cognitive Brain Research Unit of the University of Helsinki.

In addition to research work, Saarikivi cooperates with working life organizations, writes columns for Yle, and does science communication. Together with brain researcher Minna Huotilainen, Saarikivi published the book Brain at Work in 2018.
